Hard to Find GDC Products

For 34 years General DataComm has developed and delivered a full range of products from modems and CSU/DSUs to Multiplexers, and network management systems. Most of the older products have been replaced with GDC's flagship SpectraComm line of NEBS Level III certified products.

As is the case today these "Hard to Find" products were of the highest quality and are still operational in many networks around the world. Some of these "Hard to Find" products are still available in limited quantities.

This section of our website has been established to assist customers who utilize these products in their networks.

Warranty: Equipment sales are final and are sold "as is". Most GDC "Hard To Find" equipment is brand new, although some is used.

Product Returns: Equipment deemed DOA, can be returned for replacement within 30 days of original shipment. A return materials authorization number is required prior to returning equipment for replacement and should be clearly marked on the return box.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is added based on ship to address unless a tax exemption certificate is provided.

Shipping: Shipping charges for merchandise is billed based upon actual shipping costs as provided by the carrier of your choice. We have daily pickup service (Monday through Friday).

Method of Payment: We accept MasterCard and Visa, Wire Transfer, or Certified Check. Payment on terms, may be allowed for repeat customers based on the submission and review of a completed credit application.
