General DataComm provides customer operator training on products and systems. Unlike most industry offered training, which delivers off the shelf packaged programs, GDC customizes each training program to fit specific needs in terms of content and duration. Classes combine both lecture and lab sessions which include operations and problem determination. This training is normally the outcome of a GDC system integration project.
