Executive Leadership Howard S. Modlin, Chairman of the Board Mr. Modlin has been associated with the GDC since its inception as a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary and General Counsel of the Corporation. He has been active through the years in many phases of the operations of the Corporation, most recently in the restructuring and divestiture of several operation divisions. Upon the recent passing of the Corporation's founder and CEO, Mr. Modlin was appointed by the Board to oversee the operations of the Corporation. Mr. Modlin has had extensive business experience, has served on several boards of public and private companies, and has been managing executive of his law firm and the CEO of one of the country's largest not-for-profit long-term care and rehabilitation institutions. Bill Henry, Vice President of Finance and CFO A 17-year veteran with GDC, Mr. Henry was instrumental in mergers, acquisitions and formation of business units in the United States, Europe and Mexico. Most recently, he has lead the financial team charged with refocusing the company's strategic business relationships. Before joining GDC, Mr. Henry was associated with ITT Corporation and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Henry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. George Gray, Chief Technology Officer George has a wide and diverse background in the engineering field including New York Telephone, AT&T Data Systems, AT&T Communications, AT&T Bell Laboratories, NYNEX Science and Technology, General Signal Networks, RSL Communications and Prism Communications. Within these companies George has held Senior Engineering Management positions. Notable accomplishments include: co-inventor of the NYNEX Voice Dialing Service, winner of the NYNEX Chairman's Award and Technical Excellence Award and twice named to the AT&T Chairman's Performance Award.
